Demont and the future young talents: from teaching to placement

Demont has showed several times to believe in Youngers and its willingness to invest their own resources on students. For this reason  doesn’t stand back to participate to the course “Energy supply and plant construction” organized by the Technical School (ITS) for Energy Efficiency Foundation in collaboration with I.I.S “Ferraris Pancaldo” Savona, University of Genoa and SPES S.c.p.A.

The ITS classes, allow to realize an operative training, they last four semesters (with 1800/2000 hours of activities) and plan to meet great importance issues in the local area, such as those of the last edition that will be dedicated in particular to energy efficiency in home automation applications and energy efficiency in “industry 4.0” applications.

Once classes terminated, students received not only a Graduation in “Energy supply and plant construction technician” but also two certifications strongly requested by the companies: Head of Prevention and Protection Service and Energy Certificatory.

Demont undertaken itself  360 degrees in every edition, welcoming some of the students in its Headquarter allowing them to carry out the curricular internship and providing them with the best teaching, thanks to the active participation of Stefano Melia (Technical Aria) and Caterina Licordari (welding technology).

In the picture, Andrea Geido, participant of the IV edition of the course, became an employer of Demont staff following the internship, together with Company Chairman Lorenza Dellepiane and the HR Manager Antonella Sugliano, after having collected the Graduation.

In the current edition, Demont is hosting three young people (5th edition) and in the next one, it will continue to keep its commitment alive both in teaching and in curricular internships offer.
