La vita ci ha insegnato che quando l\u2019avvenire diventa presente non \u00e8 mai come l\u2019abbiamo immaginato, anche se con l\u2019esperienza<\/strong> abbiamo imparato a capire quali contesti sono pi\u00f9 probabili rispetto ad altri.<\/p>

Pensate al Covid: potevamo aspettarcelo? Eppure, quando \u00e8 arrivata la pandemia, la fermata di Saras l\u2019abbiamo affrontata e portata a termine. Come abbiamo fatto? Ci eravamo organizzati fin nei minimi dettagli<\/strong> per affrontare ogni possibile avvenimento inatteso.<\/p>

Certo non potevamo immaginarci la pandemia, ma essere stati pronti ad affrontare un gran numero di imprevisti<\/strong> ci ha aiutato, pur con grande impegno e fatica, a gestire e superare anche questo.<\/p>

Abbiamo la voglia e la spinta per sostenere nuove sfide<\/strong>, portando a termine tutto ci\u00f2 che serve affinch\u00e9 l’azienda possa vivere<\/strong>, NON sopravvivere.<\/p>

Vivere significa essere padroni del proprio destino<\/strong>, sopravvivere vuol dire agire cercando di adeguarci agli eventi.<\/p>

Noi vogliamo cavalcare il cambiamento e NON accettarlo passivamente<\/strong>, essere protagonisti e costruttori del nostro futuro, seguendo e NON subendo le regole.<\/p>
