The resource will be integrated into a highly specialized team composed of technicians and engineers and will accompany the client throughout the entire project. The Resource will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities, coordinating the team and collaborating with other internal company functions and the construction site for the implementation phases.
Initially, they will report hierarchically to the Senior PM and will be responsible for:
– defining, implementing and managing projects from the offer phase to final delivery to achieve objectives in line with the original specifications and expected quality levels;
– monitoring project progress, updating data and status;
– defining and organizing periodic checks on activities performed;
– ensuring the consistency of the activities performed with the objectives agreed with the client.
