Giuseppe, how long have you been working for Demont?
Since July 17th, 2005: I’m almost of age now. We met when I was about forty to build the Albenga Hospital, then I was moved to Shipbuilding Sector in Marghera and Genoa to support the respective site managers.
After Marghera I had two experiences in Nuclear Sector: one of almost seven years in Slovakia and the last, where I come from, in France.
There were also some brief intervals at the headquarters, but I’m a site worker by nature.
What does your team do?
Installation of piping and equipment auxiliary lines supplied by the client.
With this construction site we have returned to the Pharmaceutical Sector, but thanks to our professionalism and knowledge of our job, we have demonstrated our value, dispelling all doubts about our abilities.
In your experience, what is the secret to make a team work well together?
To make a team work well together and create sysnergies, human relationships are essential, both for the constructive dialogue and for the exchange of information. A puzzle is created when everyone knows exactly where to put each single piece.
The common goal must always be clear.
I like to be the glue of a group composed of experienced people and intelligent young people working together in harmony.
In your opinion, which are the values of your company?
The respect for the rules of client has always been in its soul.
In 50 years it has always been able to adapt to the times and to the market, having the great value and foresight to make bold choices which turned out to be the right ones.
In your opinion, which advantages can the client derive from teamwork?
Even though we have been doing our job for 50 years, we always put something extra that gives added value, a breath of fresh air.
We always do our best to be able to do something the way the customer expects and this is possible only creating a unique human relationship and a synergy also with the client.
