The resource coordinates and manages every aspect relating to the operational assembly activities of a project area (assembly/EPC).
The resource will develop the following activities:
– takes charge of the operational activities assigned by the site manager,
– organizes personnel, vehicles and equipment based on the directives received to achieve production objectives,
– supervises compliance with the operations carried out in terms of safety and quality,
– supervises contracting and subcontracting companies based on the directives received and in compliance with the signed contract,
– verifies compliance with deadlines, compliance with the quality level of the activities carried out and carries out safety inspections to comply with obligations as per Legislative Decree 81/08 81/08,
– detects critical issues arising from the execution of operational activities, evaluates possible solutions and implements corrective actions following authorization (see site authorization process) to maintain deadlines and objectives,
– ensures coordination with the various company functions involved in the project, both on site and at headquarters,
– liaises daily with the site manager,
– reports and receives directives based on the progress of the activities.
