The resource is responsible for monitoring the economic progress of the order and accounting for the on site works (passive and active cycle). The resource is responsible of the following activities.

• Takes care of the accounting of the works, applying the prices established in the contract, updates project and accounting according to the changes requested.
• Receives and verifies the passive SALs with the related supporting documents (accounting divided by jobs).
• Prepares the counts and checks for the issuing of active SALs.
• Quantify the work carried out on site (supplier and customer side), compare the operational estimate with the quantities actually carried out, identifying any critical issues and report the appropriate “alerts” to the manager.
• Draws up the estimated calculations.
