For our subsidiary SIKEL IMPIANTI S.r.l. we are looking for a resource to be assigned to the position “Controller Project” for maintenance and turnaround projects in the petrochemical sector. The resource will be mainly responsible for:
– verify the congruence of the operational estimate in relation to the tender estimate and the acquired order,
– evaluate with the project manager the implications that different project management settings have on operational management and the control of current and final results,
– ensure the adequate application of the standard project management and control method, based on project characteristics and contractual requirements,
– guarantee the analysis and control of activities based on the estimate size and according to specific performance indicators,
– regarding procurement, verify the application of supplier comparison principles,
– ensure that the adopted management method is effective (useful, fast) and managed in real-time,
– monitor, at established frequencies, work progress , costs, estimates at completion, revenue progress, and control the forecasted contract cash flow,
– identify potential project critical points and define simple and immediate objective controls to quickly detect any deviations,
– promptly report any project deviations and any failure to comply with the adopted management and control method.
