We are looking for a resource to be assigned to the position “Project planner” for EPC and installation projects in the industrial plants sector.
The resource will be responsible for:
– draw up the work program, control and monitor the progress of the construction activities of new industrial plants,
– before starting the works, on the basis of what is indicated and foreseen in the contracts and the attached technical documents, the resource will have to note the quantities divided by type of activity (engineering, piping, carpentry, insulation, instrumental electrical, etc.), carry out analyzes and on the basis of historical data, personal experience and assessments of the context and will therefore have to draw up the quantified work programme,
– during the executive phase, the resource will have to keep the work program updated based on deviations and changes,
– during the executive phase the resource will be responsible for continuously and constantly drawing up the progress of the works in order to monitor the correct and progressive progress of the works according to the program,
– supervise and monitor the development of the “s-curves: planned, early and late” proposing the necessary corrective measures,
– include, in the program, rentals, assistances and multi-skills activities necessary for the proper execution of the activities,
– evaluate HSE aspects and the related impacts on work execution, reporting critical activities such as confined spaces, critical lifting, etc…,
– ensures coordination with the various company functions involved in the project, both on site and at headquarters, to develop a shared program,
