The companies FIRMIN S.r.l. and DEMONT S.r.l. announce the successful signing of the technical-scientific collaboration agreement between the company LIFENERGY ITALIA S.r.l. owned by FIRMIN S.r.l. and the DE FUEL Division of DEMONT S.r.l.
The goal is to create, through the Ri.Pla.Id. research project, the operational synergy necessary to build plants in the circular economy sector on an industrial scale.
Aim of the research project Ri.Pla.Id. is to build systems with high production capacity capable of transforming industrial waste of non-convertible plastic materials into a “diesel-like” fuel.
“The choice for this investment was dictated by our local presence, by the strong attractiveness of Trentino as an environmentally conscious territory, by the precious synergies existing with the Research Partners FBK and CINSA and by the presence of an industrial reality such as DEMONT. When we created LIFEENERGY to commit ourselves to the development of the circular economy, we had a dream: that of building an industrial plant within our historic corporate mission that had “zero waste” as its goal. Today it’s coming true.”

The CEO of DEMONT, Fabio Atzori, shares the same spirit, thus summarizing the choice to adhere to LIFENERGY’s request for our active collaboration in the Ri.Pla.Id project. the result of a long process of joint studies and assiduous collaboration: “DEMONT has always believed in this project which at its inception seemed utopian to most. This new and important industrial synergy opens up new scenarios that will allow the ambitious study and research program to be pursued to obtain an industrial development of this technology that will allow for far-reaching and far-reaching environmental effects.”
