For our subsidiary SIKEL IMPIANTI S.r.l. We are looking for a resource to be assigned to the position “Project planner” for maintenance and turnaround projects in the petrochemical sector”.
The resource will be responsible for:
– drafts the work program, checks and monitors the progress of ordinary and extraordinary (Turn Around) maintenance activities for industrial plants, particularly in the Petroleum and Petrochemical sector. Specifically, based on approved work lists, develops job cards from approved contracts, including cost estimates, service & material numbers, and work phase details,
– set up control and monitor the progress of the job order planning based on project documents and directives provided by the operational manager,
– supervises and coordinates the creation of project baselines for all items listed in the maintenance worklists,
– development of the resource and cost histogram during the planning and execution phases,
– supervises and monitors the development of the ‘S-curves: planned, early, and late,’ proposing necessary corrective measures,
– updates the schedule and creates progress reports during the execution phase,
– includes in the job card rental equipment, assistance, and multi-skilled activities necessary for the proper execution of tasks,
– evaluates HSE aspects and their impacts on work execution, incorporating into job cards the use of specific PPEs and any prescriptions for confined spaces (e.g., supplied air, watchman, assistance, recovery plans, ventilation plans, etc…),
– develops the sequence of work phases, communicating it to scheduling for subsequent integration into the work program and provides necessary technical opinions and alignments based on current specifications.
