What We Are Looking For ?
The resource manages, coordinating the work group, all the activities related to the stocks and is responsible for the receipt, storage, distribution and collection of materials, equipment and means of work.
Planned Activities
The resource is responsible for the following activities.
- Ability and experience in the management of the construction and installation materials warehouse with particular reference to the receipt and control of quantity and quality compliance, storage organization, distribution and traceability.
- Management of equipment, PPE and DPC, supply and consumable materials and in general everything necessary for the execution of the works and the logistics of things and people.
- Verification of material certification documentation, verification and updating of equipment such as PPE, work vehicles and others with particular attention to checks, maintenance and controls as necessary and required by law.
- Ability to organize the work group in order to allow a correct and productive reception and distribution of materials for a fluid production flow.
- Communication with suppliers and headquarters for equipment order and/or revision.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or University Degree.
- Ability to use Excel program.
- Knowledge and identification of basic equipment used on construction sites: grinders, welders, hoists, fire extinguishers, abrasive discs, electrodes, safety belts, PPE, etc…
- English B1 level.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the role in the industrial plant engineering sector on site.
- Availability for long-term business travel, in Italy and abroad.
Desired skills
- French B1 level.
