The operation which led the Demont Group – whose members are the Ligurian company of the same name as well as the companies HI-PE and Sikel – to sign a mutual agreement with the Algerian company SOMIZ SPA, a subsidiary of the Sonatrach Group, is successfully concluded.
The agreement, which highlights Demont’s traditional collaboration with Mediterranean countries, aims to build a win-win partnership in EPC projects.
While SOMIZ will have the opportunity to expand its market to European territories and better meet the demands of its customers, offering a wider range of more qualified services thanks to the expertise that Demont will share, the latter will be able to count on the involvement of competent and specialized personnel, consolidating its business in national territories and exporting EPC projects into international ones.
