The training course for the unemployed with mechanical specialisation has finished after a month of intense activities.
The six young trainees have received a complete training, from the theorical part to the practical hands-on in our workshop
The theorical section was focused on the fundamentals of Safety, Rights and Responsibilities, WPS’s illustration (welding training), graphical representation of piping lines, schemes, drawings and basic notions of the English language.
The practical training included welding, mechanical practice and maintenance intervention on valves and pumps.
At the end of the course, the trainees met up with the Human resources Department for a final evaluation of their performances and attitude during the course as well as future opportunities.
Demont is always looking for young talent to train.
