On May 8th and 15th, 2024, the third and fifth-year professional students from Istituto Patetta had a unique educational experience thanks to an organized visit to Demont. Fifty students, supervised by accompanying teachers, explored the technical and production activities of the Demont group, including oxy-fuel cutting, component prefabrication, and welding methods.
The fifth-year students, with the support of the company’s HR department and Synergie Italia Spa, prepared their resumes, gearing up for their entry into the job market. The main goal of the visit was to provide a practical overview of activities in an industrial and technical environment, stimulating interest in professions in the industrial plant sector and observing the daily operations of a leading company in the field.
